Our site selection process blends the use of good "old fashioned" information gathering techniques together with the latest tools in the industry to ensure that a site we are evaluating is thoroughly understood from all angles.
Our site acquisition due diligence process has been perfected through the development of a time tested comprehensive checklist covering all facets of a potential project. Some of the examples of the many facets of a potential project we investigate include physical land characteristics, building and site plan design, building and site plan cost estimation, zoning/site plan compliance, tenant marketing, construction and permanent loan financing.
We have a proven track record for taking on the most challenging projects. As one example, in 1999 we opened the third phase of Ridge Park Square located in Brooklyn, Ohio, after a long term brownfield remediation project. This brownfield project was classified as the first formal brownfield cleanup project in the State of Ohio.
